Alfons? I..I got something else for you today..when I wasn't busy dodging the turkey sandwiches falling from the sky..

While this might be good for people without food, this cannot be good for my remaining sturdier crops outside. I just hope this strange rain does not damage my greenhouse.

Fletcher, be careful if you decide to go outside.

[The PCD records the rain falling very heavily outside. Yuki is out there, looking around for a tree to cut down in a few days, when everything is dry, trying his best to cheer Alfons up. Hearing some sort of something crying, he turns his head at the sound.

He follows the little frightened cries slowly and finds this under some bushes. At first Yuki just shakes his head at it, but the little thing seems to almost shyly try and come up to him, meowing pitifully. He takes a closer look and the kitten's eyes..they remind him of Alfons'. Aww hell. Yuki sighs and scoops up the baby cradling it to him, and talking to it.]

I would normally wait until Yuletide..but I really think Alfons needs you now. But you'd better get along with Tohru-chan and Kureno, or I'll have to keep them in my room.

[While on his way back, he spots a perfect Yule tree. He looks from the kitten (who's now doing some sort of purring and shivering while getting him wet) to the tree and back again and smiles.

Walking into the house, he heads right for the bathroom to get a towel to wrap the kitten up in.]

Fletcher, since we're done preserving the vegetables and fruits, we should treat ourselves to some hot chocolate and a few days rest. Just the two of us. I think we need a break from the chaos.

To everyone who required crops: I have the remainder of your produce preserved to last through the winter. I will do my best to keep growing fresh fruits and vegetables but without knowing the weather in advance, I cannot be certain I can do much. Hopefully the preservatives will not be people's last resort. Please stop by to pick them up. To the Hughes family...I will deliver yours myself within the next day with Fletcher.
